Import standup bass model with instrument.json manifest for midiboot

The model and webapp as they exist locally, matching the sibling instrument repos, plus the simulated-instrument-v1 manifest declaring how a MIDI sequencer may play it: root_midi pitch mapping (E1..G3), pluck force from velocity, preview tier, and curated knobs (pluck position, fingertip release, ring-out).
